As far as low-manning endgame events, it depends on how many people and which endgame event it is. I've done Sky triggers with as small as a party and Gods with 9-12 people. I've gone solo farming in Apollyon (Coins only) and usually gone as small as a party of 6 for the win (9 though for Temenos). I would imagine that's the stretch of what I could consider low-manning unless there are other events where you can do it with groups of smaller than 6.
Hum, I'm terrible at remembering baggage and I just cleaned my blacklist last year as I forgot why those people were on it in the first place. But no, I don't have enemies. At worst I have people with whom I have lost touch and even they're nice people
